This article appears to be the first time that FDA has provided significant public comments regarding the re-evaluation that FDA has recently done on TiO2 safety after the EFSA Opinion. FDA agrees with Health Canada that there is no safety concerns with the use of TiO2 in foods. This is SIGNIFICANT NEWS!!!
