Depending on the project, I offer an hourly rate or, in some cases, a flat rate. I will keep detailed logs of the time I spend on your project. I count in five-minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed upon request after the closing of a project. I only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for travel, copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Rates will be negotiated based on the specifics of the project and the type of work involved.
